Excellent quality with lots of room. Rolls very well and holds up to punishment, at least so far! One thin, it is really spacious and we ended up overweight on it because we didn't check weight after packing for return trip.

I purchased two of these June 2016, using them on approximately six international trips since.

The bags roll nicely, the compartment with the zip cover is nice - the side with the straps less so due to the strap positions. The option to unzip and expand is nice in case you buy items to return. I like the handles, the TSA zipper locks as well.

But if you look at the photo you’ll see what looks like a n upsude down “u” shaped panel with the Travelpro logo. In April, with normal airline handling, the two sides and top of the “u” shaped panel became loose from the rest of the suitcase, leaving a tongue fastened at the bottom but completely losing the integrity of a wall. That suitcase is irrepairable and must be discarded - not what I expected with less than two years of light, certainly not more than moderate, use. As this damage is not a puncture or break but a separation of the baggage at a design point, this baggage must be considered flawed in design and manufacture. Don’t waste your money.

I've had the suitcase for 5 months, and I've used it only 3 times for air travel. The bag cracked on the 3rd trip. A six inch crack on the top.

The first time I traveled within 30 days of purchasing new the bag cracked 6 inches wide by the combination lock. I have contacted TravelPro on the 800 customer service line several times and was put on an infinite hold - almost 75 minutes one time. I have emailed customer service 3 times and also connected with online chat representatives twice who promised me they would follow-up. TravelPro does NOT stand behind their warranty and more importantly has very sketchy customer service practices. I am shocked as this is supposed to be the brand that flight professionals use. Worst product aftermarket experience I have ever experienced in my life.
