My daughter is taking swimming lessons and growing so we love the Kanu suits since the gathers at the bottom I can let out as she elongates. I ordered her a size 4 when her size 3 started getting too tight and it was noticeably bigger. I ordered the size 5 as the same thing happened with her 4 but although it is a bit longer the body seems the same if not smaller than the 4. When I first put it on her she complained that it was too tight. I held it up to the size 4 and there seems to be not much difference now that the 4 is a bit stretched out. She will get used to it, but I think I should have jumped to a 6. Love the color and pattern.

I love this suit and think it is good quality. I love that the back is higher and the straps cross over - it won't be slipping during swim lessons.

I ordered a size 4T for my 3 year old (39" tall, 35 pounds, waist and chest 21") and its definitely snug. She's been wearing it around the house and tugging at the butt as its riding up a bit. I'm hoping it will stretch out a little once we get in the water.

Review edited to change to 3 stars. This suit faded considerably after less than a year and the fabric stretched way out. I can't even pass it on to my younger daughter. I'm better off with the cheap suits from Superstore.
