The mix it around vest is as good basic vest. It is light weight, and fits well under my winter coat. It has two pockets on the inside in addition to the hand pockets on the outside. The fit is small, I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, and I'm very happy with how it fits me. The larger size allows me to wear a heavyweight top under it, but it also works with a lighter top. It is attractive, and I have received several compliments while wearing it.

Very very thin. The collar looks absolutely silly in person. It's huge like something Dracula would wear. And the zipper goes all the way up it, if you were to zip it, the collar is around your eyeballs. That's how oversized this silly collar is. Otherwise, it runs large, which is nice for layering I suppose. It's also not truly black. More of a dark grey on the water proof material.

I don't think that it was mentioned in the description, but the Columbia name is on the back of the vest right under the collar-looks very cool.
